The Gateway to Middle Leadership programme has been written by leaders within Summit Learning Trust

Eligibility: Individuals who are aspiring, or starting out in middle leadership.

Course aims: To focus on developing the individuals leadership skills for a Middle Leader position.

  • Managing the demands of leadership
  • Data and Teaching & Learning
  • Developing your team

Workshops will include a mixture of theoretical input and also case studies and interactive discussion amongst participants. This programme will be held remotely via Teams

Length: the programme takes approximately 6 hours in total to complete – plus project time.

Cost: Minimal cost to Summit Learning Trust participants to cover materials and facilitation only.
