The First Steps into Leadership programme has been written by leaders within Summit Learning Trust

Eligibility: Individuals who are aspiring to have there first steps into leadership.

Course aims: To focus on developing the individual initial leadership skills.

Content overview:

• • Leading yourself
  • Leading for impact
  • Leading and influencing others
  • Leading through coaching and mentoring

Workshops will include a mixture of theoretical input and also case studies and interactive discussion amongst participants. This programme will be held remotely via Teams

Length: the programme takes approximately 6 hours in total to complete – plus project time.

Cost: Minimal cost to Summit Learning Trust participants to cover materials and facilitation only.
