Over 50 colleagues, from across our academies and directorates, have successfully completed this certificated course and supported countless colleagues through powerful coaching conversations. In Spring 2024, we are delighted to announce that we are moving into Phase 2 of the coaching programme with Ready, Set, Coach : A Journey to YOUR better SELF.
