At Summit Learning Trust our aim is for every member of staff to have a seamless link between their performance reflection, the ownership of their professional learning and fulfil opportunities available to them.
To support you we have created a self-auditing tool against the Trusts Performance Standards. This tool is designed under our ‘needs v desire’ model; it is built to support you in recognising areas of developmental need and also areas of engagement and desire.
Once you have completed the self-audit you will be able to discuss the outcomes confidentially with your line manager and supporting colleagues to shape and create the next steps in your Professional Learning journey. This will include identifying opportunities through your school/college, the PLI or beyond.
